Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Banzai Bakery. By placing an order or engaging in business with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all clients. By ordering from us, you acknowledge that you are an authorized representative of a business and agree to abide by these terms.

2. Orders and Contracts

All regular supply agreements must be confirmed through a written contract. In the absence of a signed contract, full payment is required at the time of delivery or as per the agreed terms on the invoice.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are provided upon quotation and are subject to change with prior notice. Unless otherwise agreed in a contract, payment must be made immediately upon delivery. Delayed or partial payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are scheduled based on mutually agreed terms. We strive for punctual and consistent delivery; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather) are not our responsibility.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients wishing to terminate their regular supply agreement must provide written notice at least 30 days (one month) in advance. Failure to do so may result in continued billing or loss of priority status.

6. Product Quality and Returns

We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality. Any issues related to product quality must be reported within one hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All product names, images, branding, and materials are the property of Banzai Bakery and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality

All pricing, recipes, and business terms shared between parties are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients in writing.

الشروط والأحكام

مرحبًا بكم في مخبز بانزاي. من خلال تقديم طلب أو التعامل معنا، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط والأحكام التالية. الرجاء قراءتها بعناية.

1. عام

تنطبق هذه الشروط والأحكام على جميع العملاء. من خلال طلب المنتجات، فإنكم تقرّون بأنكم ممثلون مخوّلون عن جهة تجارية وتوافقون على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.

2. الطلبات والعقود

يجب تأكيد جميع اتفاقيات التوريد المنتظم من خلال عقد مكتوب. في حال عدم وجود عقد موقّع، يجب سداد كامل المبلغ عند التسليم أو وفقًا للشروط المتفق عليها في الفاتورة.

3. الأسعار والدفع

تُحدد الأسعار عند تقديم عرض السعر، وقد تخضع للتغيير بعد إشعار مسبق. ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك في عقد، يجب سداد الدفعة كاملة فور التسليم. التأخير في الدفع أو الدفع الجزئي قد يؤدي إلى تعليق الخدمة.

4. التوصيل

يتم جدولة التوصيل حسب الشروط المتفق عليها بين الطرفين. نسعى جاهدين لضمان التوصيل في الوقت المحدد وبشكل منتظم، إلا أننا غير مسؤولين عن التأخير الناتج عن ظروف غير متوقعة: (مثل الازدحام المروري أو الأحوال الجوية).

5. سياسة الإلغاء

في حال رغبة العميل في إنهاء اتفاقية التوريد المنتظم، يجب تقديم إشعار خطي قبل 30 يومًا ( شهرًا)على الأقل. عدم الالتزام بذلك قد يؤدي إلى الاستمرار في الفوترة أو فقدان أولوية الخدمة..

6. جودة المنتجات والاسترجاع

نفخر بالحفاظ على أعلى معايير الجودة. يجب الإبلاغ عن أي مشكلة تتعلق بجودة المنتج خلال ساعة واحدة من الاستلام. ونظرًا لطبيعة منتجاتنا القابلة للتلف، لا نقبل المرتجعات إلا في حال كان المنتج تالفًا أو غير صحيح.

7. الملكية الفكرية

جميع أسماء المنتجات، الصور، العلامات التجارية، والمواد هي ملك لمخبز بانزاي، ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

8. السرية

جميع المعلومات المتعلقة بالأسعار، والوصفات، وشروط العمل بين الطرفين تُعتبر معلومات سرية، ولا يجوز الإفصاح عنها لأي طرف ثالث دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.

9. التعديلات

نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث أو تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. وسيتم إعلام العملاء بالتغييرات كتابي
